Follow these steps to request a refund within 21 days of date of purchase. We’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve. Please include your order number so we can issue a refund as soon as possible.

  1. Email support@Almaverse.com with Refund Request in the subject title.
  2. If you want a refund for a part of the order, please name the product(s) you want a refund for.
  3. In your email clearly state you want a refund. Although it is not mandatory, we would appreciate any details about the reason(s) for the refund. This will help us to improve our services and product offerings.
  4. Once you submit the ticket you will receive an auto response from us. That just lets you know we’ve got your request.
  5. Once we’ve had a chance to review your request we will be in touch confirming the refund has been processed.

Please note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
